Ineke is a master at turning big ideas into reality. She spent a decade as CEO of YoungCapital, where she transformed the company into a powerhouse in the staffing industry. Under her leadership, YoungCapital grew to a remarkable €600 million in revenue, supported by a dedicated team of 1,400 employees and a vast network of 25,000 external workers.
Following her transformative tenure at YoungCapital, Ineke served as CEO of the Swiss Circle8Group until the end of 2024. During her time there, she led one of Europe’s fastest-growing IT staffing firms toward an ambitious revenue goal of €1.3 billion.

Elbrich is an experienced CHRO and is passionate about people and businesses. She has fueled the international growth at Monster.com and led the hyper-growth phase at YoungCapital and The Works. With deep expertise in Culture, Organizational Design, High Performance Teams, HR Tech innovation and Executive Coaching.
