It was a pleasure to join the HR Podcast by CHRO, hosted by Toine Al. What stood out during the conversation was how naturally our perspectives complemented each other.

A CEO and a CHRO may look at things differently, but ultimately it’s about the same core themes: people, movement, and results.
We talked about leadership, team dynamics, and a question that comes up more and more often in practice: does a leader still fit the phase an organization is in? It’s not an easy question. And certainly not a comfortable one. But it is a very relevant one. Organizations change. Context changes. Pressure changes.
And sometimes that means leadership needs to change as well.
At the heart of it lies consistency. Not what leaders say, but what they do. Not the profile, but the behavior.
